TOP Tech Tips

• All design originals that will be printed should be at least 300 DPI at 100% of output size.
• Scanned Images and Digital Photography settings should also be set at 300 DPI or more.
• Don't forget to add .125" of extra trim on working requiring full bleeds.
• Ask your graphic artist/designer to provide a press quality 300 DPI PDF. If corrections are needed, be prepared to provide the original file – Quark, InDesign or Photoshop, etc. Having these files available will speed up the proofing process.
• Low resolution (72 DPI) images only work for the Internet. When in doubt, go with the highest resolution.
